Our Terms of Warranty
TAKE NOTE:
For products purchased directly from T2 Industrial and less than 30 days from the invoice date:
If your product is determined to be defective then T2 Industrial will repair or replace the Product.
For LCD Upgrade Kits failures within two years of the invoice date:
If your product is determined to be defective then T2 Industrial will repair or replace it free of charge.
Refurbished LCD Products – within 3 months of the invoice date;
If your product is determined to be defective then T2 Industrial will repair the item or replace it free of charge.
International Customers (Outside USA & Canada):
International Customers (Outside USA & Canada) are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on all warranty returns or exchanges.
Terms of Warranty
Our Terms of Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws. You can also fill up the technical Support Form if you need help regarding on your LCD’S, Monitors, Keypad and etc.
