Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Additionally, if you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at sales@t2industrial.com.

TAKE NOTE:
For products purchase directly from T2 Industrial and less than 30 days from the invoice date:
If your product is determine to be defective then T2 Industrial will repair or replace the Product.
For LCD Upgrade Kits failures within two years of the invoice date:
If your product is determine to be defective then T2 Industrial will repair or replace it free of charge.
Refurbishe LCD Products – within 3 months of the invoice date;
If your product is determine to be defective then T2 Industrial will repair the item or replace it free of charge.
International Customers (Outside USA & Canada):
International Customers (Outside USA & Canada) are responsible for the cost of shipping also handling all warranty returns or exchanges.
