Yes, we will ship our displays to every country in the world, including the PRC.

- 1400E = identifying numbers of original machine
Yes! Brand new T2 Industrial products come with a 1 year warranty, our Economy and Refurbished lines come with 6 month limited warranty.
At T2 Industrial we carry 3 lines, Brand new, Refurbished and Economy.
Most of our products are assembled in the Monitech production facility which is located in Canada.
Yes, we offer no cost replacements.
We will deliver with any of the major delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL). We will deliver on either our freight account or yours, whichever is most convenient for you.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), as well as PayPal and wire transfers.
T2 Industrial will never charge you more than we have quoted you. You may incur extra charges from your bank, credit card company, or have to pay a tax (depending on your Country / State / Province).
That depends. If the display is fairly common and we have it pre-assembled, we can ship the same day. If it is an uncommon one, we will have to assemble it. Depending on the complexity of the assembly, this could take from a few hours to a few days. We do not charge more depending on the assembly time. As far as freight goes, that is up to you. If you want it sent via next day air, that is how we will send it!
It will vary depending on the specific product, but generally, someone with no mechanical or electrical skills, who is installing a display for the first time can have it done in under one hour.
Up to 9 years depending on your usage and work environment.
No! The display is separate from the computer in your machine. No reprogramming will be necessary.
